WSU 4-H Challenge Facilitator Training

     
   

The Ropes Course Facilitator and the Portable Facilitator Workshops are comprehensive experiential facilitator training workshops intended to prepare leaders for leading groups in experiential activities. Participants learn skills in building teams, games leadership, problem solving and debriefing to reach group and individual goals in safe settings.

As a Challenge facilitator, you may provide your skills to groups on the WSU 4-H Challenge Facilitator Training Course. You are also elligible to begin training as a 4-H Challenge Trainer.

As a 4-H Challenge facilitator, you will be able to:

  • Lead groups on the Bellingham 4-H Challenge Ropes Course
  • Check out portable Challenge equipment
  • Obtain WSU Challenge Leader liability coverage
  • Have fun developing new skills
